MEET THE FOUNDER
Experience you can lean on
I am Alli, a graduate of Louisiana State University. I have been a social worker for ten years — a Licensed Master Social Worker for the last seven — walking with families through the moments that change everything, most of that time in countless rooms and hallways at hospitals in the states of Texas and Missouri, where decisions often have to be made quickly and with very little warning.
I have also worked in nursing homes and alongside families caring for a loved one at home. That range means I have seen aging from every side: from discharge planning at a hospital to the daily work of caregiving inside a family's home.
What I know best is helping families understand their options, coordinate with providers, and talk through hard decisions together — before a crisis forces the answer. That is the work I bring to every family I serve at Full Circle.

Does Full Circle replace my lawyer or financial advisor?
No. We work alongside them, keeping everyone aligned and coordinating additional specialists when they are needed.
What if my family disagrees with the plan of care?
That is normal, and it is part of why we exist. We facilitate the hard conversations early, kindly, and on neutral ground — so decisions get made together.
How do fees work?
Flat fees, agreed in writing before any work begins.
